Description:
A unique property - one of the last remaining stone houses to be restored within the boundaries of the Portovenere National Park.

The property sits on a south-facing hillside overlooking the bay at Le Grazie di Portovenere, on the edge of one of Liguria's most beautiful areas - the Cinque Terre. A winding road leads up and over the promontory and enters the National Park, an unmade road, which needs to be improved then takes you to the house. Although remote there are neighbours within walking distance and the drive to the town of Le Grazie and the beach is only 10 minutes.

The main building is now just a shell but consists of 540 square metres of living space on two floors - enough for a 6-bedroom home. There is also an annex of about 30 square metres, ideal for a pool house and the property is completed by 1.3 hectares of terraced land. The surrounding hillside is mainly olive grove and woodland and the property faces towards the sea giving the house uninterrupted views of the Ligurian coast.
