As we turn onto the white road that leads to the property, I see Casa Mazzoli sitting on its' own little knoll. As the sunlight shines on the warm brick building, I can see the 800 sqm of this two floored farmhouse will become quite the home for someone. Finally, I step back to get a full view of Casa Mazzoli and notice that there is a nice amount of vegetation around the farmhouse such as cypress trees, umbrella pines and a small area of woodland. This gives a nice sense of protection and exclusiveness to the property.
On my way back to the main road I decide to drive up to the nearest town which is only 5 minutes away. This quaint village called Piazze has all of the basic amenities and San Casciano dei Bagni and Cetona are 8 and 10 minutes away for greater shopping and excellent restaurants. Linked well to the A1 autostrada and all other major roads, Casa Mazzoli is well positioned for those who are looking for either full time living or a family holiday retreat. The space available here also lends itself well for those who would like to create a luxury B&B or boutique hotel. Airports are within easy reach with Perugia at 40 mins, Florence at 90 mins and Rome at 120 minutes.
