La Complessione is a charming and peaceful small holding close to the characteristic hilltop village of Preggio, surrounded by nature with a panoramic view of the Umbertide valley.

The main house is divided in two apartments, one on the ground floor with it's own entrance, one bedroom and one bathroom. The main house on the first floor has a lovely panoramic loggia at the entrance, a large dining/living with a ceramic wood stove, two bedrooms a large kitchen and bathroom. There are also two cantinas, three rooms redone to a builder finish which could make a further small apartment with a small amount of work.
Separately there is cottage on two floors, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and everything connected to fit a kitchenette.
