Of the annexes available, two have been restored. One is a small guest cottage on two floors and the other is the original "limonaia" that has been structurally restored to a builder's finish. The garden is of about 5000 sqm. Although there is no swimming pool at present, there is ample room for one. Covered outdoor eating areas are located around the main house and mean that one can enjoy the garden and the property in all its splendor.
The main town of Cavriglia is a short 5 km away from the property and here one will find all the basic amenities. The larger cities of Montevarchi and Florence are at 13 and 50 minutes away respectively by car. Here one can enjoy various restaurants, cafes, boutiques... not to mention the multitude of historical sites to visit!
